It has been a very dreadful day as Ella is sitting on the bench near the big bay window. Dark clouds had rolled in and the wind was slowly beginning to pick up.
"I can't believe this weather. One day it's hotter than hell while another day is just so gloomy. It's almost like my recent showing on Honor Wrestling Television. Everyone had pegged me to be the first one eliminated. Instead, I outlasted all of them to earn my rightful spot against the so called Legacy Champion. Can you even call her a champion? What has she done to elevate that belt? Has she made it more prestigious? Has she made it relevant? These are just some of the questions I have concerning one Jessie Salco."
Ella takes a deep breath while dragging her left index finger across the glass.
"I could save everyone the trouble and answer these questions myself but why must I spoil the chance to learn something for a change. I would never keep simple minded peons from educating themselves on one of the biggest disappointment to ever come out of Miami and trust me there has been a lot of them. Jessie Salco has a history of losing championships in her first title defense. She even has the tendency of downplaying the one she holds in hopes of getting a higher title opportunity. Look Jessie, I know you can't stand it when someone like me just walks in and is quick to seize the opportunity placed before me. While you call it dumb luck, I call it fate has dealt you the hand and it's about time you folded."
Ella smirks.
"No one would blame you for tucking your tail between your legs and running for the nearest flagpole. I wouldn't mind if you forgot your way to the ring. Just as long as I am rewarded the Legacy Championship in the process. If those scenarios don't come true then you will be in for the fight of your life. Before you go off saying that I'm nothing compared to those you have faced in the past, let me remind you that last week was my first match for Honor Wrestling. So there isn't a lot of tape to watch of me. Now I can watch hundreds of tape between here and SCW. I have come to the conclusion that your time as champion is over.
The Duchess of Florida will bring the fight. I will bring much more than that. I will bring fire, passion and a strong desire to dethrone an unsavory specimen. This is my time and I will not let you take it from me. Be prepared for total annihilation. For I will show no mercy."
Ella stands to her feet while running a finger through her hair.
"Jessie Salco's luck will have run out. She will need all the luck, the support and the help she can muster up because I will be relentless. I will drop her on head and I will embarrass her."

RP Title: “Climbing the ladder of success.”
Things had been going well in Honor Wrestling for Jessie despite losing a six woman tag team match to Gift at the Supershow before Zero Hour II so imagine Jessie’s surprise when news broke out that SCW and Honor Wrestling were merging following the Zero Hour II PPV? As such, Jessie had the potential to be the last ever Honor Wrestling Legacy Champion but that would only come to pass if she defeated Ella Singleton, the woman who won the Battle Royal at the Supershow to determine Jessie’s next (and last) challenger but can Jessie win?
Local metal club, Las Vegas, Nevada Tuesday the 9th of October 2018, 18:00pm
Ironic, isn’t it?
I joined Honor Wrestling earlier this year, so I could have a place to work after SCW went on hiatus and Pride Pro Wrestling didn’t work out for me and now? SCW and Honor Wrestling are set to merge and now I’m back to where I was this time last year with SCW being the only fed that I’m a part of, and if it weren’t for the title shot ban I have in SCW I wouldn’t have minded that fact so much but I digress, as I mentioned on Climax Control I at least have a chance at being the last ever Legacy Champion after the merge and if that what it takes to get me a shot, then fine!
I just have to beat my last opponent in SCW to get to that point, and if you watched the Supershow then you know who that is.
On one hand, I’m glad that its someone fresh in Ella Singleton that I’m facing for my last match in SCW as the whole reason why I continued to work for both companies, aside from the aforementioned title shot ban, was so that I could get some fresh competition but on the other hand I don’t know what to expect from Ella aside from the fact that she is also from Florida (different area mind you, she’s from Ocala, I’m from Miami) but I’ve beaten everyone else they’ve thrown at me since I joined Honor and she won’t be any different.
Throw in the fact that I chose a match type that’s in my wheelhouse and they may as well just give me the week off from Zero Hour II! Then again that would leave me with nothing to do since I’m not booked for SCW this week.
“So, after this week, we’ll be back to where we started around this time last year?” Jake asked as I returned to our table with two beers for the boys and one soda for me, why? Because I’m not about to conduct a promo even slightly under the influence. “Honor Wrestling and SCW will merge after Zero Hour II, the titles will merge, and you’ll be back to your old tricks in SCW.”
“Yep, and it sucks because, like I said on Climax Control, at least Honor Wrestling respects its talent.” I responded as I shook my head before glancing at the Honor Wrestling Legacy Championship that was laying by my side. “At least after I beat Ella I’ll be able to get a title shot through the unification match, which title the Legacy Championship will be merged with I don’t know but I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.” I added before I sat down before I took a sip from my drink.
“If you beat Ella, I know you said that your recent tag team match losses don’t count towards your winning streak against Mercedes Vargas, but they are still losses.” Shane responded and once I put the glass down I shook my head.
“I’m not even counting the last Honor Wrestling match among my win/loss record for 2018 because it was Kate who lost that match for the team.” I responded, and the boys shook their heads in response. “Besides, with me being given the week off from SCW I can focus entirely on the match against Ella and how I’m going to retain this title one last time before the two companies merge, but until then I at least get to enjoy myself in Vegas!”
“True, but you should focus more on the match against Ella, even with your absence from this week’s Climax Control card.” Jake pointed out and I nodded in agreement before I took another sip of my drink. “I mean, you dismissed Dani Weston during the Bombshell Gold Rush Tournament and yet she beat you and went on to win the whole thing, not to mention winning the title from Mikah.” Jake added, and I frowned at having that brought up. “Just saying that you shouldn’t rest on the laurels.”
“And I’m just saying that the rookie sensation’s reign won’t last past the first defense.” I responded as I shook my head whilst some more metal music played in the background, after about twenty minutes of listening to metal I checked the time on my iPod and stood up before grabbing the title. “You guys should know the drill by now but I’m off to do my promo.”
“Sure, we’ll text you the moment a good song comes up.” Shane nodded in response and I went outside, this wasn’t the first time I had done a promo from this club, so I knew where a good spot to do my promo from was, so I went there with the cameraman and after slinging the title over my shoulder I got ready to do my promo.
“I honestly thought I’d be with Honor Wrestling a lot longer than just a year and yet, here I am, conducting my promo for the last Honor Wrestling show before it merges with SCW and this week I get to defend my title against the winner of the battle royal at the Supercard, Ella Littleton, you know Ella, when I joined Honor Wrestling I made a promise to myself that I would climb the ladder of success here and as you can see, it paid off big time, that was the reason I went with the ladder match for the title defense outside of it being right in a high flyer’s wheelhouse because if you want to beat me you’ll have to start climbing the ladder of success.”
And she’ll inevitably fall.
“With this being the last ever Honor Wrestling show I have one goal in mind, being the last ever Honor Wrestling Legacy Champion and taking full advantage of the inevitable merging of titles by using that to get around the title shot ban, and just because we’re both Floridians Ella doesn’t mean I’ll be going easy on you, if I went easy on anyone then I wouldn’t be champion right now and when I beat you at Zero Hour II I’ll continue to be a champion.”
A champion for a defunct company but still.
“Ella, I know you’ve already signed up for SCW and I do wish you luck in dealing with two egomaniacal bosses but that’s where the good vibes from me come to a screeching halt because this Saturday night I’ll be walking into the arena here in Vegas the champion and I’ll be walking out the champion, its as simple as that because as far as I’m concerned? The rest of the women here in Honor Wrestling aren’t at my level and that goes double for you Ella!”
And when I beat her it’ll be further cemented as fact, not opinion.
“In fact, if I can be brutally honest with you Ella, you are nothing but an afterthought for me as I move forward towards greener pastures and I’m not just talking about “Stoner” Scott Oliver’s back garden I’m talking about what winning this title match and the merger match will do for my career in SCW and once I do win the title match successfully retain I’ll watch as you get shifted to the back of the pack only to find no one there as the company will be no more.”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
“This may be the last ever Honor Wrestling show but I’m going to end it the same way I ended most of the other Honor Wrestling shows since I made my debut, standing over a fallen opponent with the Honor Wrestling Legacy Championship in hand and the fact that this just happens to be a Ladder Match, also known as my wheelhouse, just makes it that much sweeter! This is the “Heavy Metal Angel” Jessie Salco signing off, I’ll see you on Saturday Ella.”
I returned to the bar as the scene fades.
