Live From Camp Ripley Morrison County, Minnesota (Minnesota National Guard)
Missy Flowers: Ladies and Gentleman, performing the National Anthem, please welcome. Lead Guitarist Katra Zdunich...
Soldiers start to cheer for the band as they come one by one from behind the curtain to get to their instrument on that ramp.
Missy Flowers: on Rhythm Guitar Zenna Zdunich, on Bass Alissa Lacroix, on Drums Kelly Taylor and singing their lead vocalist Linnéa Lacroix. They are the American Murder Log.
Katra and Zenna start to play their guitars as the due perform a rock version of the anthem. after a set of notes, Alissa and Kelly join in on their bass and drums. They play about 50% done before they slowly fade out. The soldiers cheer and clap as the HonorTorn above the band lights up showing the American Flag. A spotlight shines over the lead singer. Linnea looks to her left at Zenna then to the right at Karra. She gives the two a single as the two guitarists start to play...
Linnea Lacroix: O say can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming,
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?
And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there;
O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
Alissa on Bass and Kelly on Drums both start to play with the rest of the band.
Linnea Lacroix: On the shore dimly seen through the mists of the deep,
Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes,
What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,
As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,
In full glory reflected now shines in the stream:
'Tis the star-spangled banner, O long may it wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
And where is that band who so vauntingly swore
That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion,
A home and a country, should leave us no more?
Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps' pollution.
No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave:
And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave,
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Linnea Lacroix tilts her head a bit as she sings the last verse with more passion
This gets matches with the drummer and bass player
Linnea Lacroix: O thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved homes and the war's desolation.
Blest with vict'ry and peace, may the Heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation!
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: 'In God is our trust.'
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!!!!!!!!!!!!
The drummer and bass stop as the lead and rhythm fish off the last few notes. We see four USAF jets play over the base. The soldiers give American Murder Log a five-minute standing ovation. The band all step forward to stand next to Linnea they smile at the crowd as fireworks start to go off.
Camera cut backstage
We see Marissa Henry with Brooke Saxon backstage in front of a door that says G.M.'s Office
Marissa: So last week you said you were two new General Managers to Honor.
Brooke: That is correct. I decided to bring in two wrestling gurus. They can sit there for hours and talk wrestling with my father. It was a no brainer.
Marissa: So are they here?
Brooke: Yes, both men are inside this office going over a few things.
Brooke opens the door and pokes her head inside to ask them to come out for a second. Two gentlemen walk out.
Brooke: This is Ernest Jackson the GM of Showdown and Jerry Wilcox the GM of Pride tag Team Wrestling.
Marissa: Welcome to Honor.
Jerry: Thank you.
Marissa: Now that Honor is going with two G.M. do you think they will be problems sharing one roster?
Ernest: No not at all. Not for me anyway. Everyone who joins the company joins to be on Showdown. Pride wasn't even a thing when most joined this place. Honor roster is Showdown's roster Pride was just an afterthought.
Jerry: Wow, wow, wow. Pride Tag Team Wrestling is the hottest thing out there. Tag team wrestling show with a hardcore division. That's no afterthought, that's great wrestling.
Ernest: I agree, it's great tag team wrestling with a bunch of Showdown talent.
Jerry: Funny you say that. I have a new tag team coming to Pride and you're going to want to book them in Showdown.
Ernest: I may as well booked seeing how Pride always books Showdown talent.
Jerry shakes his head as he chuckles
Marissa: So Jerry, did you say you have a new tag team signing with Pride?
Jerry: Yes, and I'm sure Ernest will want to book them as well.
Brooke: They will be booked on Showdown. The roster is growing but we feature everyone on both shows some way.
Marissa: Well, I look forward to this new tag team. Well, folks two new G.M. each focusing on their own brand of wrestling. This should be interesting. Let's go back to ringside.
Missy: This opening match is set for one fall!!!
The first chords of "Whatever It Takes" hit and the lights instantly kill except for one spotlight coming up from the bottom of the stage as smoke begins to fill around the area. Suddenly as the lights kill, the fans pop loudly as the guitars and drums kick in and now standing in the spotlight which flashes different colors with the smoke all around him with his back turned is Mike Raymond. His jacket popped out so you can see the bright MIKEY BOY across the back of it. Turning around with his jacket still popped he nods as he looks around at the fan with a wide smile before letting his jacket fall, and then begins his walk toward the ring.
Missy: On his way to the ring, making his debut in Honor Wrestling. From Tampa, Florida… The Lionheart!!! Mike Raymond!!!!
After making his way down the ramp, he leaps onto the apron, holding onto the ropes and sliding along with his knee pads before he continues his grip on the ropes but turns around and looks at the fans once more, finally he stands up and wipes his feet on the apron before he climbs up onto the nearest turnbuckle and pops his jacket open again. Punching the top of the turnbuckle pad before leaping into the ring. He does a few runs into the ropes before coming to a dead stop in the middle of the ring and posing before the lights come up and he makes his way to the corner, taking off his jacket and testing the ropes.
Missy: And his opponent!!!
Man of the Dark by Jorn
Missy: First coming down to the ring.......THE JOKER!!!!!!!
The stage pops up a completely dark purple. Smoke begins to fill the stage, and out walks in his purple suit, The Joker. His face covered with a melted white look, as well as green hair and red lips, to complete the look of the psycho clown. The Joker waltzs down the ramp graciously and sarcastically. He walks up the steel steps and gets in the ring.
Ding! DIng! Ding!
Oscar: This has the look of a good match up. Joker has been one of the more interesting wrestlers in the company.
Lauren: Mike Raymond is making his debut. So it will be experience versus inexperience in this one.
Oscar: We don’t know much about Mr. Raymond, the young man is 24 and 6’2” and looks to be in pretty good shape.
Lauren: Well one thing is for sure, Mike is going to be put to the test here.
Oscar: Oh and here we go, Joker gets the early advantage locking in a headlock. After some time Mike is able to escape but Joker hits him with a dropkick. Followed up with a leg drop. Joker makes the pin.
1…
Kickout!
Lauren: Mike gets his shoulder up. Joker gets up to his feet and walks around his opponent and grabs his right leg and locks in an ankle lock.
Oscar: Mike’s got the ropes!
Lauren: That will cause a break here.
Oscar: Mike rolls out of the ring and walks around trying to get some feeling back in his leg. Joker gets out of the ring and heads toward Mike. Mike slides into the ring and Joker follows him in.
Lauren: Mike takes Joker down with an arm drag, both men get back up to their feet. Mike delivers an eye rake and then a Russian leg sweep taking Joker down to the mat. Mike moves toward Joker’s head and hits a big knee drop. Mike moves to the legs and grabs them both taunting the crowd a bit as he applies the sharpshooter.
Oscar: This could be it if they were in the middle of the ring but Joker is close enough to the ropes. He just has to reach out for them.
Lauren: He does just that as the ref has Mike break the hold. Mike gets up and helps Joker up as well. Mike runs to the ropes, he comes back and jumps up for a crossbody
Oscar: Joker, however, goes for a superkick hitting Mike right in the chest as he goes down. Now he goes for the cover.
Lauren: The ref only give Joker a two count as the Joker stares at the ref then slapping the mat to count faster.
Mike quickly grabs Joker and roll them over for a pin but also get a two count. The two get back up
Oscar: A stand off.
Lauren: Mike steps in and hits a chop to Joker’s chest. Joker stands back as Mike tries again. Joker blocks it and hits a Missile Dropkick right onto Mike’s knees.
Oscar: Mike goes down as Joker drops a leg drop for good measure.
Lauren: Joker however picks up Mike. He picks him up and drops him.
Oscar: JokerBomb!!! (Gutwrench powerbomb)
Lauren: Joker goes for the cover.
Ref: 1….2….3
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Missy: Here is your winner by pinfall… Joker!!!
Ernest: Looks like the next match between the Boss Ladies vs Blasted Mok and Eric Weaver won't be taking place. Not a good start on your first day.
Jerry: Well if they want to stick with the honor rules and only be in mix tag team matches or showdown rules tag team watch then fine. But hey since they both Eric Weaver and Blasted Monk feel this way then I will make sure to book them accordingly, for now, I will award the Boss Ladies the win on a forfeit. But you also a Showdown match not happening tonight with Gabriel Griffin and Jacob Johnson.
Ernest: That match will take place next Showdown. Mr. Griffin was not able to make it and this is his hometown state so you know he wanted to be heard. Mr. Johnson is still recovering from a beating he took by the Three way and Joker last Pride.
Jerry: Hey shit happens. However, speaking of the next Showdown.
The scene cuts off
Missy: This next match is set for one fall. First to the ring from Atlanta, Georgia... The Lethal Warrior!!! Jackson Hughes!!!!!!!!!
Judas by Fozzy hits the stage as the Lethal Warrior, Jackson Hughes, makes his way out to the stage. Sporting a black pair of pants with Muay Thai symbols on them, athletic tape around his wrists, he makes his way down the ramp. He slaps some of the fans hands but doesn't get too involved. He slides into the ring and outstretches his arms with hands open with the ropes touching his chest. He then looks at his opponent ready to start the match.
Missy: And his opponent fighting out of Chicago, Illinois. This is Eyesnsane!
The lights in the arena go out. The Tron starts and the music hits the PA system. A spotlight shines brightly on a spot on the stage as smoke comes up from a circle where it is shining and Eyesnsane is slowly elevated from beneath the stage as he comes into view. He exhales a plume of smoke from his nose and walks down to the ring as the spotlight follows him.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Oscar: The bell rings as Eyesnsane rushes in on Jackson Hughes. Jackson goes for a headbutt causing Eyesnsane to stumble back.
Lauren: Jackson comes in on Eyesnsane who hits Jackson with a Roundhouse Kick.
Oscar: Jackson goes down.
Eyesnsane goes for a cover but Jackson rolls the two over to reverse the pin. Jackson gets a one count as Eyesnsane powers out.
Lauren: Just a one count as both men get up. The two tie up as Eyesnsane nails Jackson with a Reverse Neckbreaker.
Oscar: Eyesnsane, picks up Jackson Hughes and sends him to the corner.
Lauren: Eyesnsane lifts Jackson and puts him on the top turnbuckle.
Oscar: Frankensteiner off the top rope!!
The soldiers cheer on
Eyesnsane goes for the cover but only gets a two count. The two get up as a brawl breaks out between them. The ref gets between them as the two bust each other open with closed fists. Eyesnsane backs off a bit as the ref gets out the way he runs and hits Jackson with an Elbow to the Face knocking Jackson to the ground.
Lauren: Eyesnsane picks up Jackson, sends him to the ropes but gets reversed by Jackson. Eyesnsane bounces off the ropes Jackson hits him with a Clothesline.
Oscar: Jackson quickly grabs Eyesnsane and hits a Suplex.
Lauren: Jackson goes for a cover as Eyesnsane grabs his arm for a Kimura Lock.
Oscar: Jackson quickly gets up and off of Eyesnsane as he does a kip up.
Lauren: Jackson goes for Another Clothesline but misses as Eyesnsane jumps on his back and gets backup from another kip up. Jackson goes for yet another Clothesline as Eyesnsane nails a Superkick.
Oscar: Jackson goes down as Eyesnsane gets on the top ropes. He jumps off hitting a 180 Moonsault.
Lauren: Eyesnsane goes for the cover.

Lauren: That may cost him.
Oscar: Eyesnsane picks up Jackson Hughes for a Scoop Slam, then an Elbow Drop, followed by another Elbow Drop.
Lauren: Eyesnsane picks up Jackson and puts him in the Eye Got U!!! (Bob Backlund Crossface Chickenwing)
Oscar: Eyesnsane has Jackson in the middle of the ring!!
Eyesnsane keeps it locked in as the ref looks on. Both with cut open above their upper right eyelids. The ref looks on as Jackson starts to fade out. The ref grabs Jackson's arms and lifts it. HE lets go and it drops.
Ref: 1….
The ref lifts Jackson’s arm again and it falls.
Ref: 2....
The ref lifts it up a third time and keeps it up. Eyesnsane applies more pressure as Jackson now taps out.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
The ref calls for the bell as Eyesnsane keeps the move in. The ref yells at Eyesnsane but it does not work. Jack fades out as Eyesnsane keeps the hold on still. The ref calls for the bell again
Ding! Ding! Ding!
The ref tries to yak Eyesnsane off of Jackson but can’t. The other referees run out to help but Eyesnsane refuses to let go.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
The soldiers all look towards the ramp as one half of the Hardcore Tag Team Champion Winter runs out and slides in the ring. She grabs Eyesnsane’s left ear and pulls him off of Jackson Hughes. Eyesnsane pushes her off. Winter garbs Eyesnsane left wrist and puts in him in a Judo hold as he taps out. She lets go as he rolls out the ring. Winter walks behind him. The soldiers boo Eyesnsane as he walks up the ramp.
