Scene opens up in a small conference room at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, TX
Dr. Weaver: Hello everyone, I wanted to give the fans and family of Mr. Monk an update on his condition. Monk suffered a broken nose in his match Tuesday at KCW CCS3 by the hands of Dustin Holt.
Though out the night he seemed to have been going in and out of consciousness, however test did come back negative for concussions. He was released the next morning, in which he took a flight with me to New York as he is a wrestler there and I work there as part of their medical team. Upon arriving I went to go meet with Mr. Goldman, owner of Honor Pro to explain to him how Monk was not able to perform. However before I was able to talk to him I as well as Honor Pro’s own Dr. James Russell were paged as Monk as well as his opponent for that night had been attacked backstage. He opponent was not able to wrestle after that attack as well Monk was not able to wrestle at all.
After that attack, Mr. Goldman was kind enough to allow me the rest of the night off as I flow back to Dallas with Monk to get checked in to Baylor University Medical Center. We were lick enough that whoever attacked Mr. Monk he managed to only hit him with a blunt object which knocked out Mr. Monk and landing on a set of boxed his head never being touched. He has since been in the ER room just in case. After running many tests tough out the day, the staff here said he will be released and handed over to his close friend LAW Breakout Champion Orchid. The two will fly to Vegas where Monk will heal before returning to Dallas for his match on Sunday vs Kaden Kessler. However due to his broken nose he will need to wear a protective mask to cover his nose for any further damage.
