I won't go into great details as there are still things I don't know.
1. Dec. 30th I was surprised with police at my door with a warrant for my arrest. However this came from a different county than the arresting officer so I was not told my charges. Reason I was not aware of the charges to begin with is because I know I hadn't committed a crime. My bond was posted that day.
2. Jan. 12 I was once again arrested for similar charges by the local PD where I live. Of course this pisses me off because I had suspicions of the people that were wanting to cause drama for my family and I. They are succeeding. I had to spend the night in jail to wait a bond hearing. I was given a bond and posted it.
3. I went to attend a first appearance on bond for the arrest on Jan. 12 on Jan. 23rd and learned some very brief details of the charges in the county I live in. Looking at the charges I can already see that it's bogus bullshit. However for y family I will likely end up having to plea to something that guarantees me to be on probation and it'd be possible that it would include a short term in jail. Depends. There are two charges in this county. The first a felony class 4 and the second a class 3 Misdemeanor. Wouldn't seem like it but the two charges are actually the same. From reading the details the officer is just using information and using portions of it to exaggerate to get a class 4 felony charge.
4. Jan. 27th I was finishing up my RP and decided with only a bit left I'd finish it the next day after lunch. I went outside and did some work in the yard. The neighbor kids down the street had some black cat fireworks. I have PTSD from being deployed 3 times to Afganistan the last 7 years with breaks in between of course. I was discharged from the military due to the PTSD. I had found out from my wife I had a flashback and it was pretty serious as she came out to find me throwing balls of mud like grenades over the fence and lighting invisible dynamite (sticks with nothing to light them with) over the fence as well like I were in a battle. Needless to say my psychiatrist was called and my wife took me to the hospital once I began to have a PTSD stress related seizure. With my psychiatrist and a doctor I've been seeing for medications approval and recommendation, the hospital admitted me for over night observation. I was released on Sunday from the hospital.
5. Yesterday Jan 30th I had court in the county where I had the warrant arrest on Dec. 30th. I have found out that there are 5 charges. A class 4 felony, wouldn't you know is the same exact charge that the county I live in has charged me with. It also includes the other class 3 misdemeanor which is exactly the same also. The added charges to the warrant arrest I mentioned in the first part of this are 2 class 5 felonies (Apparently I had someone followed or followed them and contacted them, though this person is someone I don't believe I've ever met). There is also a criminal mischief charge of damaging property.
The expenses that have come out of my pocket for the two bonds and attorney are a total of $21, 500 USD. That only includes that 10% of the total bond amount came out of my bank. So with the finances and the legal stuff that my attorney has told me to let him worry about from this point on (meaning let him make the deals and me just keep living as I have been with family), the PTSD episode I had a couple days ago ended up being related to all the stress build up.
As of this moment, with the attorney taking care of everything with the exception of asking me questions in the future about whatever he might need to know from me regarding specific dates, I will be able to enjoy this game.
At this time I am heading off to bed. Thought I'd post briefly what has been going on. I loved having the Six Pact Challenge because it was not fixed storyline and it gave people a chance to get a title opportunity, too. And if at all possible I'd love to have a mulligan on that one due to the issues that took place with the PTSD episode. I would have posted earlier, but getting an attorney and dealing with family and trying to get things back to somewhat normal as can be was hectic.
Sorry for the long General post but this is courtesy towards my opponents as I've already been speaking with Goldman as well.
Have a great night and a great day tomorrow everyone.
